From the moment we decide to move forward together, I will work alongside you to ensure your needs are met and your event expectations are exceeded. It’s just as important for me that you have a stress-free experience so we can both feel accomplished and at ease throughout this planning process.
The Ultimate Experience
First, we’ll chat about your event, your vision, and the overall look and feel you want to create. Once you decide to hire Imagine Designs, we’ll schedule an official goal-setting call or in-person meeting to go over all the details of your party or event and determine which decorating package best fits your needs. You’ll also complete a brief questionnaire so I can better understand your style, theme, and preferences. From there, I’ll share my top planning resources and recommendations so you’ll have everything you need right at your fingertips throughout the process.

Once you’ve explored all the options and decided, “I want you!”, we’ll schedule a consultation call to discuss your event in more detail, make sure we’re aligned on your vision, and determine which decorating package is the best fit for the celebration you have planned.

If, after our call, we both feel we’re a great fit, I’ll review the budget, goals, and design theme we discussed and curate a customized décor plan specifically tailored to your event. From there, I’ll send over a contract outlining all the details and terms clearly, along with your invoice for the deposit. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your date is officially booked!

the creating begins
Then I get to work organizing, planning, purchasing and creating everything needed to bring your imagined design to life. You will have the option to receive updates via email or text that highlight important milestones in the event/party theme design process.

it's go time!
Once my behind-the-scenes planning and design work is complete, it’s time to bring your event to life! From there, we’ll move forward with each step outlined in your contract. During this process, it’s important to carefully review and proof everything that is sent your way and communicate openly about any changes or adjustments you’d like to make.
We’ll walk through the decorating process step by step, so you’ll never arrive at your event feeling unsure or overwhelmed. Each phase is intentionally designed to build upon the one before it, ensuring every detail comes together beautifully and your final event feels exactly the way you envisioned it.

celebration & clean up
After hosting an unforgettable, beautifully decorated, and truly one-of-a-kind event, you won’t have to worry about cleanup. Breakdown and pack-up are fully included in the package, so you can simply thank your guests, share a few final hugs, and head home—stress-free. Easy as that.
