Hello, I’m Ashley — Founder/Owner and Lead Decorator at Imagine Designs Event Space. Originally from Chicago, IL, I moved to Pittsburgh as a teen and have proudly called it home ever since. I’m also a busy mom of six — three awesome daughters, one super cool son, and two beautiful stepdaughters — so creativity, celebrations, and decorating are a huge part of my everyday life. With all the birthdays in our family, I get plenty of practice bringing fun and memorable ideas to life!

I’ve always loved anything creative and artsy. From digital graphic design — including my partnership with Samsung as a smartphone theme designer — to game development, gaming (Mario Kart, Just Dance, and House Flipper are my favorties), drawing with the kids, baking, interior decorating, and dancing, creativity has always been at the center of who I am.

I also hold a BA in Psychology, which has given me a strong understanding of people and their needs. I use those skills to create a stress-free, enjoyable experience for every client from start to finish. I’m family-focused, kind, detail-oriented (yes, a bit of a perfectionist!), punctual, professional, and deeply passionate about creating beautiful events that reflect each client’s unique vision.
